PURS Luxury Boutique Hotel
Hotel PURS is the only hotel in the world entirely designed by the Belgian designer and art collector Axel Vervoordt. The 17th-century chancellery building was reinterpreted down to the smallest detail while preserving its historic character. PURS is equally exceptional when it comes to cuisine: chef Peter Fridén combines Nordic and Japanese influences in his New Nordic Japanese Cuisine in a unique way, earning the restaurant a Michelin star.
